The idea came from a CFD retired Chief Officer whose son was a LODD of the ISP in about mid 1980s. It is Bill Kugleman who has a long history of law business. I helped him when he had a private dick agency. Good guy.

BUMPER STICKERS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO WITH THIS IDEA..........AND MAYBE WE CAN GET SOME ROAD SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS.
Whose idea was this? They should be given a medal.

Come on guys and gals, Let's get some bumper stickers and other postings to let the citizenry know that we mean what we say and do. NYPD have them all over the place and it has stopped some carnage there.
