The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation:
- provided financial assistance to the family of a Detective in Area 1 who passed away.
- provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 002nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
- provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
- provided financial assistance to the family of an officer from the 003rd District whose home was destroyed by a fire.
- provided financial assistance to P.O.’s currently on disability in the 015th District and Area 5 Detective Division.
In addition to monthly assistance:

- is currently paying the tuition for the son of a police officer from Forensic Services who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 011th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 022nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 020th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 010th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from the 007th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the son of a police officer from Special Operations who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 020 District who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from Organized Crime who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the son of a police officer from Detached Services who was killed in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from the 024th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from the 008th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 022nd District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 004th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
- is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 013th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
- provided $2,500.00 for books, school supplies and after school activities for 27 children of police officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
