The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation:

gave $50,000 to the family of Officer Paul Nauden from the Narcotics Section who died in the line of duty
provided financial assistance to the family of a Detective from the Juvenile Intervention Support Center who passed away.
provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 002nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the Detective Bureau/Robbery Detail.
provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
provided financial assistance to an officer in the 013th District who is terminally ill.
provided financial assistance to an officer in the 013th District who suffered a stroke while on duty.
provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 015th District who passed away.
provided financial assistance to a retired P.O. from Vice Control who was permanently disabled in the line of duty
provided financial assistance to P.O.’s currently on disability in the following districts: 002nd, 008th, 003rd, 016th, 021st, 020th, 007th, 009th, and Human Resources Division.
paid for Police Motorcycles and the Honor Guard to attend National Police Week in Washington D.C.

In addition to monthly assistance:

is currently paying the tuition for the son of a police officer from the Forensics Service Division who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 011th District who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 022nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 020th District who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 010th District who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from the 007th District who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the son of a police officer from the Special Events Section who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 020th District who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from the Organized Crime Division who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the son of a police officer from Detached Services Section who was killed in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from the 024th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from the 008th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 022nd District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 004th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 013th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
provided $2,500.00 for books, school supplies and after school activities for 27 children of police officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
