Officer Alfred Stokke was assigned to the surveillance of a tire shop in anticipation of a robbery. Officer Stokke observed three armed offenders enter and rob the shop. When the gunmen ordered the employees to the rear of the store, Officer Stokke entered and a gun battle ensued, during which the heroic officer was shot and killed. |
