Officer Edward Barron conducted a search for offenders wanted for armed robbery. As Officer Barron located one offender hiding in a gangway, the offender fled. When Officer Barron pursued the offender, he turned and fired a gun. Officer Barron was struck. The dedicated officer died as a result of his injuries. |
