Officer Jessie Brown, responded to a call of "a man with a shotgun." Officer Brown found an offender, brandishing a shotgun and a revolver, threatening to kill several people in a domestic dispute. An intense struggle ensued between Officer Brown, the gunman and assisting officers. In the struggle, one officer's weapon discharged, fatally striking Officer Brown. |
