P.O. Joseph Sullivan #5421

Officer Joseph Sullivan, while working in civilian dress, was conducting an investigation into the murder of Officer Raymond Martin. Later in the evening, Officer Sullivan was found in his automobile with a fatal gunshot wound. Detectives determined that the courageous officer had been killed in the course of his investigation.
