P.O. Patrick Madden #3540

Officer Patrick Madden, while responding to reports of gunfire, was approached by a citizen who identified the shooter on the street. While Officer Madden at- tempted to make the arrest, the offender suddenly pulled out a weapon and fatally shot the dedicated officer.
