Officer Thomas Adams, Jr. observed a domestic dispute on the street. When he heard gunfire, Officer Adams ran to the scene to investigate. At this point, an individual involved in the dispute pulled out a revolver and fired, striking Officer Adams. The dedicated officer was fatally wounded. |
