P.O. Victor Sugg #3701

While on patrol, Officer Victor Sugg investigated three suspicious men on the street. While con- ducting the investigation, one of the men attacked Officer Sugg, causing him to fall and strike his head against a brick wall. The brave officer suffered severe injuries and died nine days later.
