P.O. William Flowers #1872

Officer William Flowers, while conducting an assault investigation, learned that the offender kept an arsenal of weapons in his apartment. As Officer Flowers stood outside the offender's building, the offender suddenly appeared and opened fire. Officer Flowers sustained fatal wounds in the incident.
