While on patrol, Officer James Doyle was informed by a citizen that the individual who had robbed him earlier was on a nearby bus. Officer Doyle responded and removed the suspect from the bus. Suddenly, the offender pulled out a revolver and shot Officer Doyle. The courageous officer died as a result of his serious injuries. |
