The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided the following assistance during April 2013:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the family of active duty officer from the 005th District who passed away.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from Unit 393 District who was severely injured while on duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 020th District who is seriously ill.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to a retired officer who is seriously ill.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 022nd District who was seriously injured while on duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 002nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to six officers from the 006th, 009th, 019th, and 020th Districts and Units 193 and 393 who recently filed for disability.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided funding for Officer Involved Shooting Classes.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided funding for an upcoming Critical Incident Stress Seminar.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation issued awards of appreciation to Chicago Police Officers for the Month of April 2013.
In addition to monthly assistance:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided $216,097.77 in Educational Assistance to 38 children of Chicago Police Officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty from the 004th, 005th, 007th, 08th, 010th, 011th, 013th, 020th, 022nd , 023rd and 024th Districts, Unit No. 189, Unit 701, the Forensic Services Division, the 015th District Tactical Team, Special Operations Section and the Organized Crime Division in order to pay for educational expenses such as tuition, clothing, transportation, books and after school activities fees.
The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided the following assistance during March 2013:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the family of active duty officer from Unit 376 who passed away.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the family of officer from the 024th District who was seriously injured while on duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the family of an active duty officer from the 022nd District who was seriously injured while on duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided medical assistance to an active duty officer from Unit 167 whose son is seriously ill.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided educational assistance to the children of an officer from the 010 District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from Area 4 Detectives who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 002nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to five officers from the 002nd, 003rd, 018th and 019th Districts and Unit 393 who recently filed for disability.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided funding for Officer Involved Shooting Classes.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the CPD Honor Guard for the purchase of uniforms.

- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided medical assistance to the family of an active duty officer from the 020th District.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 002nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 022nd District who is severely ill.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 008th District who was severely injured while on duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to four officers from the 004th, 010th and 024th District and Unit 151 who recently filed for disability.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided funding for Officer Involved Shooting Classes.

- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the family of an active duty officer from the Canine Unit who passed away.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 002nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to three officers from Units 019, 045 and 193 who recently filed for disability.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided Suicide Awareness and Prevention Training for 250 law enforcement professionals at an all-day seminar on January 21, 2013 in Oak Brook, Illinois.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation paid for a chartered a bus to drive uniformed officers to an en banc parole hearing of a convicted cop killer.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation sent floral and fruit arrangements to injured
officers and law enforcement related funerals as well as provided awards of recognition
to CPD officers of the month.
In addition to monthly assistance:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided $216,097.77 in Educational Assistance to 38 children of Chicago Police Officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty from the 004th, 005th, 007th, 08th, 010th, 011th, 013th, 020th, 022nd , 023rd and 024th Districts, Unit No. 189, Unit 701, the Forensic Services Division, the 015th District Tactical Team, Special Operations Section and the Organized Crime Division in order to pay for educational expenses such as tuition, clothing, transportation, books and after school activities fees. The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided gifts and other assistance to twenty families of Chicago Police Officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty during Operation Santa 2012.
The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided the following assistance during December 2012:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the Bagpipes and Drums of the Chicago Police Department so that they may attend National Police Week 2013.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the family of an active duty officer from the 018th District who passed away.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the family of an active duty officer from Area Central Detectives who passed away.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided gifts and other assistance to twenty families of Chicago Police Officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty during Operation Santa 2012.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 002nd District who was killed in the line of duty.The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from Area 4 Detectives who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to two officers from 008th District and Unit Number 059 who recently filed for disability.

The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided the following assistance during November 2012:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation paid the tuition for the child of an officer from the 010th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation paid the tuition for the children of an officer from Unit 701 Public Transportation who is severely ill.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the HBT Unit who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 007th District who is severely ill.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the family of a retired officer from who is severely ill.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 022nd District who was injured while on duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from Unit 192 who was injured while on duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of
- an officer from the 002nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to twenty officers from the 002nd, 003rd, 005th, 012th, 016th, 017th, 018th and 022nd Districts and Unit Numbers 045, 121, 166, 153, 376, 606 and 701 who recently filed for disability.
In addition to monthly assistance:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided $210,233.72 in Educational Assistance to 38 children of Chicago Police Officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty from the 004th, 005th, 007th, 08th, 010th, 011th, 013th, 020th, 022nd , 023rd and 024th Districts, Unit No. 189, the Forensic Services Division, the 015th District Tactical Team, Special Operations Section and the Organized Crime Division in order to pay for educational expenses such as tuition, clothing, transportation, books and after school activities fees.
The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided the following assistance during October 2012:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation paid the tuition for the child of an officer from the 005th District who was shot in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 005th District who was shot in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 004th District who was shot in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from Area 2 Detective Division who was killed in the line of duty.
In addition to monthly assistance:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided $207,733.72 in Educational Assistance to 37 children of Chicago Police Officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty from the 004th, 005th, 007th, 08th, 010th, 011th, 013th, 020th, 022nd , 023rd and 024th Districts, Unit No. 189, the Forensic Services Division, the 015th District Tactical Team, Special Operations Section and the Organized Crime Division in order to pay for educational expenses such as tuition, clothing,transportation, books and after school activities fees.
The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided the following assistance during September 2012:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided a $2,500.00 Memorial Grant to a child of an officer from the Forensic Services Unit who was killed in the line of duty in order to pay for educational expenses such as clothing, transportation, books and after school activities fees.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation paid the tuition for the child of an officer from the 007th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 001st District who is severely ill.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the family of an officer from the 022nd District who passed away.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from Unit 620 who was severely injured while on duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to an officer from the 012th District who was severely injured while on duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 001st District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided financial assistance to the widow of an officer from the 002nd District who was killed in the line of duty.
In addition to monthly assistance:
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation provided $82,500.00 in Memorial Grants to 33 children of Chicago Police Officers who were killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty from the 004th, 007th, 08th, 010th, 011th, 013th, 020th, 022nd , 023rd and 024th Districts, Unit No. 189, the Forensic Services Division, the 015th District Tactical Team, Special Operations Section and the Organized Crime Division in order to pay for educational expenses such as clothing, transportation, books and after school activities fees.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 011th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 010th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from the 007th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 020th District who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from Unit 189 who was killed in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is currently paying the tuition for the daughter of a police officer from the 024th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
- The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation is currently paying the tuition for the children of a police officer from the 004th District who was catastrophically injured in the line of duty.
