On September 25th, the Bridgeport Catholic Academy 8th grade students presented Fr. Dan Brandt with a check for $575.00 that they raised for the CPMF’s Get Behind the Vest initiative. Thanks to Ms. Melanie Tado for organizing and working a car wash with the eighth grade students which raised the funds to help purchase two replacement vests for Chicago Police Officers.  As you know, you can replace a vest, but you can’t replace a police officer.  Thanks Bridgeport Catholic Academy for your commitment to protecting those who protect us!
