The Foundation provides support and assistance to the families of Chicago police officers who are killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty

Death of Convicted Killer Connolly
The Chairman of the Illinois Prisoner Review Board has informed CPMF that Charles Connolly, IDOC inmate, has died. Connolly was convicted for killing PO Thomas Kelly and shooting PO Thomas Neustrom on 3 Mar 1970 near 43rd and Vincennes. We will never forget PO Kelly.
